Brad Lidge has been placed on the 15-Day DL retroactive to this past Sunday. A sore knee (otherwise known as “he hasn’t been able to get anyone out and we need to make an excuse to not use him in closing situations for now” is the culprit.
Everyone will move up an inning making Ryan Madson the closer, at least for now.
